1. Who are you and what is your professional passion?
I'm a hard-working businesswoman, mother, one of these many superwomen around me. In my catering project - Ralladura de Coco - I mix the concepts of cooking and time, referring to the last as that little while we'd dedicate each day to enjoying food, with our five senses. My passions are cooking, the break of dawn, the smile of my baby, the storks returning, the plans with my friends and - most of all - a terrine of "foie"...

2. How would you characterize Madrid in three words?
There's place for everyone

3. Which are your three favourites spots in Madrid (and why)?

• My house because it's my shelter, the hide-out where I find myself together with my chocolates
• The terrace of the Royal Theater: nothing in the world compares to that sunset
• La Casita del Pescador en Retiro Parque: one of Madrid's endearing spots with a romantic air not suitable for diabetics

4. What will you and MadWay offer the traveller?
We will eat Madrid! Wherever you are or come from Ralladura will get you a typical snack. We'll feed you with whatever you'd need: from a "lunch box" to take with you on a bike tour and eat in one of the parques, through a dinner in one of Madrid's rooftops, to a 100% tailor-made lunch or dinner especially for you...
