Artistic Christmas-shopping or a modernistic New Year's Eve-celebration?! Since 2003 our mayor Alberto Ruiz-Gallardón transforms the Dark Days by magic into an enlightened event: this year 3,8 million bulbs shine their light on the city during 230 hours.
What's new? This year more energy-efficient and LED light bulbs glow in the dark (=higher efficiency and sustainability). Like previous years fashion designers (like Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada), architects (like Ben Busche) and graphic artists signed for the design.
